A squat is a squat—it works for men and women alike. So why did we create a women-focused strength course?
Because for decades, women were left out of the conversation around strength training—in the gym, in research, and in sports science. That’s left many of us unsure where to start or how to train in a way that supports our unique physiology.
The Strong Course is different because:
✅ You’ll learn how to adapt training for your life stage — from puberty to menopause and beyond.
✅ You’ll get fueling and recovery strategies to help you make the most of your time lifting
✅ You’ll understand mobility, injury prevention, and how to set up your training space.
And yes—you’ll still get a professional, progressive program to build real strength in the foundational lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, and press. You can start at bodyweight, dumbbell or barbell and progress as you gain strength.
We’re not here to “pink it and shrink it.” We’re here to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to own your space in the weight room.
