Today, I’m thrilled to officially share something I’ve been dreaming of for years.

A little backstory first: I came to cycling through triathlon. I loved the bikeβ€”the progress, the learning, the structure. But I was also β€œall in” from the start. I did one triathlon… then immediately signed up for an Ironman.

And I do love endurance training. I love the grind and the process. I love learning about how training works and what I should be doing.

But what I don't love is the dark and lonely days of winter.

What always kept me going? Winter training or winter challenges. The promise of a plan, a group, a way to stay motivated.

But after doing a lot of different programs, here's what I have learned: most of those programs weren’t made for me.

They felt geared toward athletes chasing podiums with endless hours to train.Β

Or they were written from a male perspective, with little understanding of what women actually juggle: hormones, childcare, careers, saddle discomfort, menopauseβ€”you name it.Β

And too often, the tone was laced with conversations about weight instead of strength, balance, or joy.

I dreamed of something different.

Not because women need β€œspecial” training, but because we need a community that speaks our language. One where it’s normal to talk about labias and life balance in the same breath as VOβ‚‚ intervals. One that celebrates every rider, not just the fastest.

And this year, we’re making it real.

👉 I’m proud to introduce Winter Training for Cyclists (Dec 1 – Mar 31) β€” a 16-week program built by women, for women in partnership with coach Serena Bishop Gordon.

Here’s what you get inside:

  • Base Training Plan: 4 progressive 4-week blocks with options for 6, 8, or 10 hours/weekβ€”matched to your lifestyle.

  • Strength Training: Integrate power and resilience off the bike without losing quality on the bike.

  • Education That Empowers: On-demand learning so you understand why you’re doing the work, plus bi-monthly live coaching calls.

  • Whole-Athlete Focus: Nutrition, recovery, mindset, women-specific topics.

  • Community: A safe, inclusive space to connect, ask, and shareβ€”because training is more fun together.

This isn’t about chasing perfection or burnout. It’s about building your strongest base season yet β€” in a way that’s balanced, smart, and supportive.

Ready to join us?Β

Right now you’ll save $50 off the program which makes four months of coaching, learning and community less than the price that most coaching will cost you for one month.
