Hey Feisties,
I wanted to take a moment to talk about something important that’s been on my mind lately: our health as women (and the health of all the women we love).
For a while, it felt like we were making real progress—more conversations, more awareness, more momentum around women's health.
But lately, it’s become clear that we can’t take any of it for granted.
From the quiet removal of women’s health resources online in the US, to a noticeable lack of research funding, it’s easy to feel like we’re being left out of our own story.
And that’s exactly why it's more important than ever for women—especially women like you who are already used to taking control of your training and performance—to take the same ownership of your health.
You already make smart decisions about your body every day. But when it comes to navigating healthcare, symptoms, cycles, or training through hormonal shifts, too many of us are left guessing or sifting through conflicting advice.
For over five years we’ve been creating resources for active women like you. If you aren’t already following them, here are a few of our favorites:
-
For any woman over 40 or menopause curious, the Hit Play Not Pause podcast is a must-listen. Start with our favorites playlist or download our free menopause symptom guide if you're starting to wonder what’s going on with your body.
-
The Feisty Women’s Performance Podcast has featured some incredible series lately—one on brain health, another on coaching girls, and plenty of deep dives into topics that matter to active women. Browse all women’s health episodes here.
-
Not lifting yet? You’ve heard how important strength training is for women, especially as we age. We’ve got you covered with a free guide that includes a 4-week beginner program to help you get started safely and confidently.

These resources are free, because we believe every woman deserves access to this knowledge.
And if you’re ready to go even deeper, that’s where our on-demand courses come in. They’re built to help you truly understand your body—and make decisions that support your goals and your life.
Everything we offer is grounded in science and designed to be immediately useful, whether you’re training for performance, navigating big hormonal shifts, or just want to feel your best.
Right now we’re moving all of our courses onto a new, improved course platform and they will be available to you starting June 9th.
Because when we understand how our bodies work, we don’t just feel more in control—we are more in control.
Stay Feisty,
Sara
