Hello Feisties,
Whether you’ve been with us for 8 days or 8 years—Welcome!
I’m writing this on the plane to Kona, Hawai’i, our annual pilgrimage as we cover the Ironman World Championships for the 8th year in a row. Some of you know this already, but for those who don’t: Feisty was born out of advocacy in triathlon. Back then, I (and many others) were fighting for women and girls to have equal access to sport—and for health and performance education that wasn’t only based on men’s bodies.
Over the last 8 years, Feisty has grown far beyond triathlon. Today, we’re a community of more than 100,000 women and women’s sports fans who want to get the most out of life. We want to keep doing the things we love for decades to come, and we want trusted, science-backed information about every aspect of our health and wellness.
We’re also fired up about the explosion of women’s sports—the sold-out stadiums, the mainstream coverage (finally!), and the new wave of fandom that’s less about memorizing stats and more about celebrating women showing off their skills on the big stage.
Our community is here for all of it. And Feisty is here to support you—whether in your health journey, your newfound fandom, or everything in between.
So today… drumroll please 🥁 …we’re excited to share our brand new website! You’ll find all our podcasts, articles, newsletters, and courses in one place. Whether you came to us through Hit Play Not Pause, our weekly women’s sports newsletter, or as a gravel cyclist or triathlete—you’re part of this movement, and we’re thrilled to grow with you.
