Why does Feisty partner with Momentous? Because supplements can be confusing and hard to trust. But Momentous is building a reputation for doing things the right way, sourcing high-quality ingredients and certifying all their products with NSF for Sport or Informed Sport β meaning everything is tested for contaminants, heavy metals, banned substances, and verified for label accuracy.
We appreciate the work they've put into supporting every woman's health and performance. That includes creating The Womenβs Threeβa research-backed package of iron, calcium, and vitamin D that provides women with their daily health needs. Plus, many of us take their magnesium and creatine.

Olympic viewership driven by joy and women π
7.7 million viewers tuned in for the epic U.S v. Canada gold medal hockey match. NBC saw viewership up 96% over the last Winter Olympics and had 4.3 billion (BILLION) impressions on social media. Everyone watched. And what drove the largest viewership numbers in over a decade?
The women! βΈοΈ π β·οΈ
For the third Winter Olympics and sixth Olympics in a row, the U.S. women accounted for the majority of U.S. medals. Including mixed events, women were part of 21 of America's 33 medals π₯and eight of the 12 gold medals.
How did they do it? Any damn way they pleased.
If there was one thing we learned from this Olympics it was that β despite criticism that suggested otherwise β there are as many ways to be a female athlete as there are female athletes. We saw joy win from Alysa Liu and determination in the face of naysayers from Lindsey Vonn. We saw Amber Glenn face threats for standing up for LGBT rights and Mikaela Shiffrin prioritize her mental health.
It isn't just that female athletes are finally getting the stage they deserve, it's also that they're finally able to take us inside their journeys with them and own their own stories. Eileen Gu laughing with confidence at a reporter's poorly framed question? Hilary Knight getting engaged (in sweats!) the day before scoring the last-minute tying goal in the gold medal game? Yes and yes.
Be a female athlete however you want to be a female athlete π

Tip of the week
If you haven't heard of it yet, Hyrox is the booming sport of fitness racing. In a Hyrox race, athletes (either in solo divisions or in teams of two) go through eight stations each followed by a 1km run: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, indoor row, kettlebell farmer's carry, lunges with a sandbag, and wall balls.
In December, Hyrox released its first study on how athletes train and perform in the competitions. The biggest takeaways? Despite the fact that Hyrox is at the foundation of the "hybrid athlete" boom β which emphasizes strength training combined with aerobic training, the study found that endurance was actually key to staying strong through 8km of running and to maintaining form under fatigue.
Additionally, power-based strength training was important for things like wall balls and broad jumps. This isn't a deadlift competition!
