, weā€™re not even two full weeks into 2025, and all of the messages around diet culture are already out of control. šŸ˜‘

Itā€™s not wrong or bad to have body composition goals whether they are for health, aesthetics or performance. The challenge for active women is we need to be really smart about fueling our goals.

And most of the ā€˜dietsā€™ we see around us arenā€™t designed to support those goals. Heck, many of them donā€™t even support us having enough energy to focus at work and be nice to our partner at the end of the day.

Thatā€™s why we created Fueled. Itā€™s our comprehensive course for active women like you who want to dive into all of thing things that go into good fueling and have confidence in your nutrition plan.

Developed alongside qualified experts in the fields of nutrition, hormone health and psychology (check them out on our website) this course will walk you through all of the things that impact good fueling.

Hereā€™s what we cover:

āŒ The bullsh*t messages you get from cultural influences
We'll dig deep into how diet culture, your personal narratives around food, and the expectations on women impact your food choices. Give yourself the tools to say goodbye to diet culture and hello to fueling your goals. šŸ‘‹

šŸŖ The science behind being hangry.

Okay, not really but close. Unless youā€™re one of the science superstars āļø in our community, you probably donā€™t remember a lot about how our bodies convert fuel to energy or how our hormones impact fueling. When you have a solid understanding of whatā€™s happening in your body, you can confidently ignore the latest ā€˜internet- scienceā€™ trend and make the right choices for your body.

šŸ§  Hormones!

Itā€™s not your imagination, your nutrition needs can change throughout the month and will definitely change as you undergo major hormonal changes (puberty, pregnancy, menopause). Itā€™s important to recognize how hunger and hydration cues can be impacted by your hormones to ensure that youā€™re getting the right amount of fuel to support your lifestyle and goals.

šŸ”” The acronyms (LEA & RED-S)

Understanding how underfueling impacts the body and how to recognize LEA aka Low Energy Availability  and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport - RED-S and what you can do about each one. (Hint - itā€™s estimated that 60% of active women end up in LEA so itā€™s likely something youā€™re experiencing).

šŸ’¦ Macros, Micros and Hydration

Here we dig into the building blocks of a solid nutrition plan by understanding what we practically need in our diet each day. Weā€™ll also talk about nutrition timing, how to stock your pantry and which supplements are actually worth your money.

šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø A plan that works for the most important person - YOU!

Hereā€™s where you get into the nitty gritty of your goals, your activity load, and what you like to eat. Youā€™re going to put together a nutrition plan that supports YOUR life.

Hereā€™s how it works:

šŸ‘‰ We run this course twice a year in a community model - this means we release an educational module each week and you have the chance to interact with course experts and other students as youā€™re learning.

ā° Each module will take about 45-60 minutes to complete with an optional one-hour live (virtual) session each week

Enrollment is open from January 13-22 and weā€™ll kick off the course the week of January 27th

You get lifetime access to the course and all of the sessions are recorded

If youā€™re ready for 2025 to be the year you live fueled, come join us.
