When you have a solid understanding of whatās happening in your body, you can confidently ignore the latest āinternet- scienceā trend and make the right choices for your body.

Itās not your imagination, your nutrition needs can change throughout the month and will definitely change as you undergo major hormonal changes (puberty, pregnancy, menopause). Itās important to recognize how hunger and hydration cues can be impacted by your hormones to ensure that youāre getting the right amount of fuel to support your lifestyle and goals.

Hereās how it works:
š We run this course twice a year in a community model - this means we release an educational module each week and you have the chance to interact with course experts and other students as youāre learning.
ā° Each module will take about 45-60 minutes to complete with an optional one-hour live (virtual) session each week
Enrollment is open from January 13-22 and weāll kick off the course the week of January 27th
You get lifetime access to the course and all of the sessions are recorded
