What a great first week! It was great to meet some of you on our call earlier last week and in the WhatsApp group.

Heading into Week 2, you’ll want to review the Week 2 Lesson in the course, as well as Cassi’s Week 2 walkthrough video


Here are Cassi’s cues for this week: 
→ Try to increase weight 3-5% or just 5 pounds - assuming you feel good, didn’t get sick, things are feeling ok! 


→ THIS IS THE WEEK TO SUBMIT A VIDEO! Take at least one video of yourself lifting and post it in the form checks. If you really don’t want to - at least go watch the feedback videos. 


→ Week 2, 3 and 4 are the same - so no new content after this week - just focus on implementing some cues, building consistency and learning to enjoy the process.
