That's why we created the Feisty 40+ Strong Retreat.


It's a weekend without egos, competition, or worrying if your stomach is hanging out. It's for women who are 40 and over who want to lift heavy sh*t and lift each other up. 

This 2.5-day retreat is your chance to get hands-on coaching, dial in your technique, and connect with a powerful group of women who are walking the same midlife strength journey.


Led by Coach Cassi Niemann and featuring Selene Yeager, host of Hit Play Not Pause, you’ll learn how to move better, lift heavier, and train in a way that works with your body β€” not against it.


This isn’t just about lifting. It’s about living stronger.


We’ll dive into the things that actually impact your training in midlife β€” including nutrition, pelvic health, and menopause β€” in honest, empowering lunch-and-learn sessions with time to ask questions and share experiences.


You’ll lift. You’ll learn. You’ll laugh. You may even pee yourself a little (from laughing or lifting) and that's okay. In the end, you’ll leave feeling more in tune with your body and more confident in what it’s capable of.
