Weβre really excited to kick off our More Women, More Miles program on Tuesday (which is also the day we'll release the 200th new episode of the Girls Gone Gravel podcast - any guesses as to who our 200th episode guest is?).
Since it's been a minute, here the overview of what this program is all about:

The goal is to make it easier for you to train for your big adventures - whether thatβs UNBOUND, Gravel Worlds, or something else! It doesnβt have to be an organized event. We know that there is SO MUCH information out there that it can be hard to put it all together so we're putting it all in one place to save you time!

We also know that adventures are better with friends. Find your people. Donβt be afraid to introduce yourself, reach out to someone in the group who youβd like to get to know better, etc.

Our friends at Tactic are offering weekly Zwift group rides on Saturdays at 7 am PT, 10 am ET. Click here to join this week's ride.
Starting on January 21st, we'll kick off our live learning sessions. Here's how those will work. We'll stream them live to YouTube where you can join and we'll monitor the chat, answer questions or submit your questions in advance. The episode will also drop into the podcast feed the next week so you can listen on the go if you're busy.
January Schedule:
Kristen coaches cyclists for all sorts of events and long adventures. Sheβs also raced in the Life Time Grand Prix and won the UNBOUND XL. She wrote the free training plans on the UNBOUND Gravel site and is a regular at UNBOUND camp. Weβll cover how to structure your training, what types of workouts to incorporate and answer your questions. Youβll be able to watch live on YouTube where you can interact or listen on the podcast feed. Already have a question? - submit it on this form

January 28th at 4:00 PT/7:00 ET with special guests Hannah Otto and Meredith Root. Weβll cover indoor training, strength training and how to manage busy schedules
