Here’s what you’ll find inside the Strong Course:
🏋♀ A 16-week progressive strength training program by Cassi Niemann, a professional coach with 15+ years of experience.
📚 Five in-depth educational modules to help you train smarter and adapt to your unique needs.
🤝 A community of like-minded women who will cheer you on and help you establish a solid strength training foundation.
You can enroll in Strong at any time but both Kate and Anat joined one of our coaching communities to help them get the most out of the course. We only offer these a few times a year and right now, you can join our 4 Week Kickstart:
Over 4 weeks, you’ll get:
Expert guidance from strength coach Cassi Niemann Personalized lifting feedback to help you master form and build solid habits A supportive team of like-minded, feisty women to keep you motivated Fun weekly challenges designed to make your new habits stick Live Sessions: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM EST (recordings available)
Plus, you’ll have access to a private community space where you can connect, share progress, and support each other every step of the way.
Don’t just go to the gym or jump from training plan to training plan. Train with purpose, knowledge, and support.
