Hi there,
If you coach female endurance athletes, you’ve probably felt it lately—there’s finally more research on women, but also a lot more noise. Conflicting advice, emerging topics, and big questions about what actually matters for performance and long-term health.
In January, we attended USA Triathlon’s Endurance Exchange and hosted a 3-hour workshop for coaches on this exact topic. The response was overwhelming—so many thoughtful questions, conversations, and requests for more.
We’ve condensed that content into a free, one-hour webinar to make it accessible to even more coaches.
Join us on Wednesday for: Cutting Through the Noise: What Female Endurance Athletes Actually Need
The session will be led by Dr. Erin Ayala and Selene Yeager, two of the most trusted voices in female endurance performance and health. Together, we’ll talk about how to interpret the research, navigate complex conversations with confidence, and coach women well—without guesswork or hype.
We’ll also be sharing an exciting new education project we’ve been working on specifically for coaches, and giving attendees the opportunity to get in early before it opens more broadly.
