π Will the course give me a meal plan?
No. Here's why. Every woman is unique. Your body is unique, your life stage is unique and your goals are unique. Instead of a one-size-fits-most plan, we're giving you the tools to make informed decisions and weβll help guide you through the process of creating your own plan.
π₯¦ What if I'm a vegetarian/vegan or have diet limitations?
You'll be working with your lifestyle, food choices or restrictions, and goals to create a plan that works for you!
π₯ Is this a weight loss or diet program?
Nope! This is about learning to properly fuel your body for your goals and lifestyle. The focus is on learning proper fueling, not weight loss. Because weight loss is a delicate balance for active women, we recommend you work with a qualified dietician to ensure you donβt fall into the trap of low energy availability. This course will give you the tools you need to have informed conversations with your dietician or nutritionist.
π’ Iβm a coach or practitioner, is this course for me?
Yes, if you work with women in any way, this course is for you! Only qualified professionals should be offering nutrition coaching, but as a coach or practitioner, it's important that you understand the cultural influences, female physiology, and nutrition basics to help your athlete reach her goals.
β° How long will the course take to complete?
You can work at your own pace and will have lifetime access to the course, however, we are offering this course in a 6-week cohort model with a community aspect. Every week, youβll have the opportunity to connect with one of our course experts (virtually). All sessions are recorded, so if you miss one, you can always tune in later.
π§Ύ Do I get a certificate upon completion?
Yes, once you have completed the coursework, youβll receive a certificate of completion.
βοΈ Can I get CEUs for this course?
At this time we donβt have automatic CEU relationships but we will provide a course outline and certificate of completion that you can use to apply for CEUs with your certifying body.
π€ΈββοΈ Do I need to be a competitive athlete to take this course?
No, this is designed for all active women. Youβll be able to apply what you learn to any fitness or goal level.
